Many of us eagerly await this season but find ourselves rushing through it when it arrives because we have so much to do. Over the years I’ve learned that if I am not intentional with my plans and expectations, the season flies by and I find myself wondering where the time went.
Even during the busiest season of the year, or should I say especially during the busiest season of the year, it’s important that we slow down, savor each moment, and simply take it all in. Making the effort to Find + Create Joy is what inspired this year’s holiday collection.
Sometimes we find joy. We stumble upon it when enjoying a special moment, while planning the future, or remembering a beautiful memory. Other times, we must choose to create joy.
With mindful effort, we can create joy in everything we do. Slowing down to enjoy the little moments that we so eagerly anticipate is the way to create joy. Savoring the moments for what they are, allows us to enjoy the journey and not just the destination.

The idea of finding joy is what inspired the scents for the holiday collection. Scent is very nostalgic, and I was sure to include a variety of scent notes to evoke different memories of the past.
