We make our best effort to provide as much information as possible on our product pages so that you feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are unhappy with a product, or receive a damaged or defective product, please see the information below on how to proceed.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy and would like to return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, pieces in our Found + Vintage collection are non-returnable.

Once your return is approved, we will contact you and send you a shipping label if you choose.
Please note the cost of your return label will not be covered and will be deducted from your refund total. You will be responsible for safely packaging the item, as a broken return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you decide to ship with your own carrier and are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as this is out of our control. Please email us at email@example.com with all return tracking information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and any reason for the decision.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that this timeline may be delayed if proper return materials are not included in the return package.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
While we strive to ensure this will never happen, if you do receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery so we can replace it for you. Please include your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect product.
We will pay to ship the replacement or correct product to you, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label if we choose to take the original product back.
If an item is sold out or discontinued, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item, any taxes paid, and any shipping expenses.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
